Friedel and Walter Hoyer Stiftung, Hamburg, donates a matching grant for Kenya
The Friedel and Walter Hoyer Stiftung, a Hamburg based foundation, signed a matching grant, to support the DoM school village in Kisumu, Kenya. "It is great to have the Friedel and Walter Hoyer Stiftung as a partner. The foundation has a strong commitment to national and international projects. If we can develop a partnership through successful projects, we have a great opportunity to help many children and their families to lead a better life’", said Stefan Buegler, WOCO foundation Chairman and International Relations Officer for Round Table Germany after signing the contract. "Our project group, mainly led by German Round Tablers, is already seeking the funds for matching the commitment of the Hoyer Stiftung." The funds will be used for setting up an administration block as well as building a dining room and kitchen for the schools feeding program, targeted to give the children at least one meal a day.
